Chelsea are set to challenge Manchester United for the £29.1million transfer of Atletico Madrid star Arda Turan.
His agent has already stated his intention that he completes a switch to the Premier League and it remains to see which club he chooses, according to reports in Turkey.
Turan has won La Liga with Atletico and reached the Champions League final.
But it seems he is ready to move on and try his hand in the Premier League.
